Welcome to the EECA Helpdesk! 

Participation in HORIZON2020 Programme (H2020) requires thorough preparation and lots of knowledge, it’s quite complicate process even for the experienced actors. So it’s definitely not easy for especially newcomers! That’s why this Helpdesk is designed for you to have time to think about your questions and also to give your possibility to express them in your own language.

Helpdesk service (launched in September 2014) is aiming at providing direct hands-on personalized support to the EECA researchers for participating in H2020. We offer guidance and support related to the various aspects of the participation in the ICT and ICT related topics of the H2020 Programme.

Most of the services will be offered by email, but you can also make direct telephone contact. Answers will be managed by the ICT National Contact Points (ICT NCPs) and/or EECA Cluster Country Representatives. Their contact details are available here.

Helpdesk is pragmaticly designed, you just need to know your name, describe your problem in English or your native language and we will come back to you with the answer. We will respond to your request within maximum 2 working days from the first call/question.

We do believe that the ICT Helpdesk service, developed by EECA cluster and offered to all EECA countries, will have a catalytic impact on strengthening the EU-EECA collaboration by helping regional stakeholders to become active in H2020 research and innovation activities.
